And So it Begins…

Hi all, John Pulp here, your host at Pulpland. I’ve been wanting to put together a website for quite sometime now, just never completely got around to it. Cue 2020. A little backstory… in April, I left my job of the past 15 years (by choice) and was hoping in time that the pandemic would pass and life would get back to some sort of normality. In the meantime, I had plenty of home projects to work on, wanted to get back into making music and further indulge in my new found love for photography. I had also been listening to podcasts, a lot of Stuff You Should Know, and Josh and Chuck were always running ads for Squarespace and how you could easily start your own website with a few simple clicks! Well, here we are in December, things are still not even close to “back to normal” and thousands of clicks later, time to launch Pulpland. In a nutshell, Pulpland is all of the things we do on a creative front, be it wildlife/nature photo’s, creating new and sharing some of the older music I’ve made, working on home improvement projects, cooking on the grill, making video’s and, but of course, sharing pics and insight from Zoe (I am a good kitty!), our very personable chatty cat. We’ll be updating weekly with new content, breaking down some of the bigger improvement projects, showing how we get a song from point A to point B (and it’s not always pretty!), adding new pics, posting some favorite recipes, and pretty much sharing whatever we have going on at the time. So, without further ado, today, Pulpland goes live!
