In 2013 we moved to Central Texas from a small apartment in New York City. In short, the house and property we moved into needed a little love! Suffice it to say, it unleashed the inner “Tool Time” in us and became what we like to call “The 1403 Project”. In 2021 we relocated to Western Kentucky, got right back at it again and called that one “The 4240 Project”. As anyone with a house knows, the projects are always on-going and there’s always something to be done! In early 2023 we started working on the restoration of a very old house, originally built in the year 1800, which will forever be known as “The 1800 Project” and is still very much in progress. Flash forward to end of Summer 2023 and we have relocated once again, this time to a Victorian style circa 1905 “new” (at least to us) place in Eastern Massachusetts and it’s time to get busy there as well. We’ll be calling this one “The 257 Project". So check out the many projects and pics below and stay tuned for more as we plan to keep on keeping on!
